    How long do I get the furniture for?

    The simple answer is everything! From rugs and wall art to faux plants and bowls of faux lemons in the kitchen. Our job is to create the feeling of home for your ideal buyer so if there is a fireplace in a family home, you can expect to see a jar of marshmallows & toasting forks next to the basket of logs on the hearth!     How long do I get the furniture for?

    Our standard hire period is 8 weeks from installation date (thats the day we come and deliver the furniture & accessories and stage your property) for all properties. For some of our larger staged properties we offer 12 weeks as larger properties typically can take longer to sell.

    After your initial hire period we will be scheduled to collect the furniture & accessories but if you would like to extend the contract you can do so by giving us 2 weeks notice and you can extend at a month at a time.

    Do you offer Virtual Staging?

    Home staging is such a powerful selling tool that we feel Virtual Staging has the opposite affect when selling a property. Once a property is staged and the photos are online for everyone to see to encourage viewers you then want your viewers to get that "Wow" moment when they walk through the door & we've found that viewers are typically disappointed to see an empty property if it has been staged virtually. So this is not a service we  offer and would advice against having if you are serious about selling swiftly and for the best market value.

    Typically Home Staging Services are offered to bring an empty property to life to appeal to its ideal buyer. However we work with many home owners and Estate Agents to de-clutter and prepare properties for market and can "stage" a property using the home owners furniture & accessories & provide an action plan to our clients when staging in this way to get the most out of the project.

    We have a lot of clients that build multiple properties or whom have sold multiple ex-rental properties for example and we are used to staging in volume. For clients that have built multiple units of the same size - for example 10 x 2 bedroom flats, we typically advise to stage 1 of the flats as a show home and we can then move the staging to the next unit once the first one has sold. Every project is different though so please get in touch with us to discuss your project with us in detail.
